On the 16th of this month, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Ganapavaram and hand over checks to farmers under the YSR Farmer Assurance-PM Kisan program. 6,173 crore to 46.69 lakh farmer families in 2019-20, Rs. 6,928 crore to 51.59 lakh farmer families in 2020-21 and Rs. 7,016.59 crore to 52.38 lakh farmer families in 2021-22. Arrangements have been made to benefit 48.77 lakh eligible farmer families in 2022-23. The first tranche of Rs 3,657.87 crore will be provided on the 15th of this month. This year, 48.77 lakh farmers have been identified as eligible. Of these, 47.86 lakh are landowners and 91,000 are forest cultivators. Lists of eligible farmers will be displayed in Orbikel from today (Friday) for social inspection. Objections from the public will be considered until the 8th of this month. The government had earlier decided to provide investment assistance of Rs 13,500 per annum in three installments to each eligible land owner under the farmer guarantee. Eligible candidates will be given an investment of Rs 7,500 in May for the first installment, Rs 4,000 for the second installment in October and Rs 2,000 for the third installment in January.

This assistance is available to eligible landowners as well as Devadaya and forest land cultivators, landless SC, ST, BC and minority cultivators based on Webland. Landless SC, ST, BC, Minority cultivators need to be identified. CCRC (Crop Cultivators' Right Act) cards are currently being issued to eligible tenant farmers identified in a special drive conducted from April 1st to 30th.
The AP government has said it will release YSR farmer guarantee funds on May 16. The CM conducted a comprehensive review on farmer assurance, payment of crop insurance to farmers, distribution of farm implements to farmers on subsidy, kharif preparation, kisan drones, millet policy, crop rotation etc.
On the occasion, the CM said that in June, 4014 farm implements, including 3,000 tractors, were ordered for distribution. Crop compensation will be distributed by June 15. Welfare schemes will be implemented transparently. The CM also directed the company to set up a drip with a farmer-requested company for distribution of seeds and fertilizers in Kharif. Of these, 47.86 lakh are landowners and 91,000 are forest cultivators. Lists of eligible farmers will be displayed in Orbikel from today (Friday) for social inspection. It is a known fact that YSSAR is providing investment assistance at the rate of Rs.13,500 per annum in three installments to every eligible land owner under Raitubharosa.Based on Webland, eligible landowners as well as Devadaya and forest land cultivators, landless SC, ST, BC and Minority cultivators will be identified and invested in the first tranche of Rs.
