The state government is making arrangements to distribute crop insurance compensation of Rs 2,977.82 crore to 15.61 lakh farmers in AP. The lists of beneficiaries have already been displayed in RBKL. CM Jagan will distribute the insurance money in a program to be held on Tuesday in CK Palli, Ananthapuram district. Under the YSR Free Crop Insurance Scheme, 44.61 lakh farmers have benefited to the tune of Rs. 6,684.84 crores in the last three years. In support of the farmers who are preparing to grow crops in AP, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy once again provided the YSR Crop Insurance Scheme. An insurance compensation of Rs 2,977.82 crore was directly deposited into the accounts of 15.61 lakh farmers who lost their lives on Tuesday.

CM YS Jagan pressed a button and deposited cash in the farmers' accounts in a program held in Kothapalli, Sri Sathyasai district. On this occasion, CM Jagan said. We are competing with the country in terms of doing good. Neighboring states are coming and seeing the changes happening in our state. We have paid Rs.23,875 crore under Rythu Bharosa. We have spent Rs.1,27,823 crores in three years for farmers. Only Rs.3,411 crore crop insurance was given in five years under the previous government. During the three-year tenure of our government, we have paid Rs.6,685 crore insurance in three years. Chandrababu government never cared about the farmers. We have also settled the arrears of the previous government. CM Jagan said that the loss incurred in any season will be provided as input subsidy at the end of that season.
Notice the difference between the previous government and our government. Earlier there was a situation of not knowing when the insurance will come and who will get it. But now the insurance money is being deposited in the beneficiary's accounts at the push of a button. I would like to note this change. In our government, good is happening to every deserving farmer family. CM Jagan said that he saw how miserable the condition of the farmer would be if there was no insurance for the crop just as there is insurance for the man. The Chief Minister will once again provide YSR free crop insurance compensation in support of the rice farmers who are preparing for cultivation with Eruvaka. Insurance compensation of Rs 2,977.82 crore will be directly deposited in the accounts of 15.61 lakh farmers who have lost their crops due to disasters and pests in the 2021 Kharif on Tuesday.

The state government has made all the arrangements for this. The state government is fully paying the premium for crop insurance like nowhere else in the country. YSR is ensuring that even a single rupee is not a financial burden on the farmers under the free crop insurance scheme. Every cultivated acre is registered in e-Crop through RBKs and insurance coverage is provided. The insurance compensation amount is also fully paid by the state government. One season's crop insurance is being paid regularly before the next year's same season. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy will visit Sri Sathyasai District Chennai Kothapalli on Tuesday. The CM will start the program to deposit the 2021 Kharif crop insurance compensation in the accounts of the beneficiaries. He will leave Tadepalli at 9 am and reach Chenne Kothapalli at 10.50 am. He will meet local leaders between 10.50 am to 11.05 am. They will participate in the open meeting from 11.15 to 12.45 hours. A face-to-face meeting with the farmers will be held on the stage and then a speech will be given. Then the crop insurance mega check is given to the farmers. It will leave from there at 1 pm and reach Tadepalli residence at 2.50 pm
