On Saturday, the farmers visited Vejendla village Rythu Bharosa Kendra-2 and told him their problems. The staff were asked about the various services offered to the farmers by Rythu Bharosa Kendra. During the operation of the center, the staff was asked to be available and serve the farmers. He asked for details regarding the management of Polambadi program and made many suggestions.

Additional volunteers will be appointed in Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBK) to provide quality services to the rice farmers at the village level. RBKs will be classified according to the needs of the farmers and volunteers will be appointed. Preference will be given to those who have studied Biology as a subject in inter and degrees and have undisputed reputation. In this regard, orders have been issued to the MPDOs from the Zilla Parishad office. There is about five lakh hectares of cultivated area in the joint Jalla. In addition to rice and commercial crops, coconut, fish and aqua are cultivated. 1204 Rythu Bharosa Kendras have been set up by the government to provide support to the farmers who grow these. At present, agricultural, horticultural, animal husbandry and fishery assistants are serving in these. They are carrying out activities like grain purchases, fertilizer sales, YSR machinery supply and crop booking. They are available in RBK from 7 AM to 9 AM. Next, they will participate in field level inspection of crops and holding meetings with farmers.

 Later they stay in RBK from 3 pm to 6 pm. Farmers coming to RBKs are not being served when agricultural assistants are in the field. In this context, the services of volunteers will be used to be available at all times. Four to five people are appointed in each RBK. According to this calculation, more than five thousand volunteers will be appointed in 1204 RBKs in the district. Officials say that the government is considering the issue of giving them a special reward along with the current monthly allowance. Taking into account the farmers' conflict and the agricultural activities there, the RBKs will be classified into A, B and C divisions and volunteers will be appointed. Five of those who fall under A, four each of B and C will be made available. 396 RBKs have been identified in Kakinada district. 1643 volunteers will be appointed under them. Special training is given to the volunteers deputing in RBK. Primarily in connection with purchases of grain. Collecting grain samples, encouraging farmers to sell grain in RBKLs, providing awareness on moisture content levels to get support price. Training is also provided on the use of fertilizers and machinery. They serve in RBK centers under the supervision of Tehsildars and Mandal Agriculture Officers.
